Wowy McWow! What a totally crazy pre-sale weekend it was! Your run on our ticket store not only exceeded our expectations, but almost blew up the whole store. Completely crazy! And that's despite the fact that not all the attractions at this year's festival have even been announced yet. That's why we'd like to tell you about something new today. Something that will take place on the fringes of the festival. Something for all those with an affinity for technology and all those who dare to take a look into the future.
Unmentioned, although already noted on the program overview, was our "VR Corner". You read that right: "VR" as in "Virtual Reality". HARD:LINE is also moving with the times and would like to offer you a glimpse into the future of film with this section. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you will not only have the opportunity to watch films in the séparée of the cinema pub, but also to immerse yourself directly in films. Put on your VR glasses and you're right in the middle of it! Not interactive, but in 3D and an impressive 360° view. You will have the choice between three different genre short films that are tailored precisely to this medium and this type of experience. Horror up close and personal? Sounds exciting, doesn't it? We think so too!
Here are the three VR films that will flambé your retinas at this year's HARD:LINE:
