Whew! A hard piece of work lies behind us. Once again, we didn't make it easy for ourselves with the selection of feature-length films. However, when we made our announcement today, the penultimate one by the way, we quickly agreed: this one has to go in! What made the decision so easy for us was the fact that the movie doesn't make it all that easy. Not easy in the way the movie presents itself visually, namely in rich black and white. It's also not easy in terms of the story, which really turns your head.
Yes, on the home stretch towards completing our program, things are getting really complex again with an Italian debut. A movie for people who like to puzzle and solve puzzles. Here, Kubrick and Kafka are in the mix. Nevertheless, we don't want to give too much away just yet. If you're interested, you can read about it on the movie's website (link below). Just this much: it's going to be weird, it's going to be crazy and it's going to be pretty complex. Oh yes, the movie is called THE COMPLEX FORMS, it's a real mindfuck and our penultimate feature film announcement.
