Dear Hard:liner!
For all those who miss us and wonder what's going on, here's a sign of life. No, we're not on vacation. And no, Trump's return hasn't scared us off either. The silence that has spread around the Hard:line like John Carpenter's fog of horror is the proverbial calm before the storm. We are currently busy "sifting". This means that we have already received hundreds of short and feature-length films, all of which we are plowing through and putting through their paces.
Our sighting team's heads are already smoking, their eyes are dangling out of their sockets on thin tendons and thick, black ooze is running out of their ears. And yet we still haven't had enough!
Therefore: Dear filmmakers from near and far! Here is your reminder. Send us your creations, your image-created brainchildren, ideally: your masterpieces! We are super keen on your hot shit and want to make it visible to the world at our festival.
