When the snow flurries outside bring traffic to a standstill and the streets are shrouded in winter magic (haha, that would be nice!), when it gets all cozy inside and the couch with an electric blanket becomes our favourite place to be, then it comes to mind: Hard:line 2024. Oh, how nice it was! From April 11 to 14, 2024, all was still right with the world. Many beautiful people from all over the world traveled to Regensburg and watched many beautiful films.
Our Directors' Spotlight Ted Geoghegan flew in from New York City and presented his films "Brooklyn 45", "Mohawk" and "We Are Still Here". Other film guests with feature presentations were Alix Austin and Keir Siewert ("Kill Your Lover"), Fabio D'Orta and Mariangela Bombardieri ("The Complex Forms") and Loïc Tanson ("Läif a Séil"). Many filmmakers were also present in the short film category. Our thanks go out to Nicholas Dues and Vincent Ercolani ("Bannkorb"), Brendan Cleaves ("The Tunnel"), Álvaro de la Hoz ("El Grito"), Tony Hipwell ("The Lure"), Van Poynton ("To The Marrow"), Jan Bitzer ("Bye Bear"), D.M.
