"It's over, it's over, it's a shame that it's over!" will unfortunately be the motto again at this HARD:LINE on Sunday. But anyone who knows the HARD:LINE knows that, like the wounded killer in the showdown of a slasher movie, the festival never surrenders without a fight in its final stages, but mutates, rises up once more, strikes harder than ever before and then disappears into the night with a bang. So Sunday evening will follow a familiar pattern. First we rock our souls out sitting down. Then high tension at the highlight of the festival: the awards ceremony. Then the bouncer, which is in no way inferior to the rest of the program in terms of highlights. Once again, it will be a rollercoaster of emotions and all those who have been with us throughout the festival and are now completely exhausted on the last day of the festival will be given a real treat. THE CLOSING NIGHT BAND 2025: ANTIPEEWEE
What a stroke of luck! Rarely has a band matched our artwork better than this year. Abensberg thrash metal band ANTIPEEWEE prove that a love of horror and heavy guitar riffs go hand in hand. They have conjured it up on their albums "Human Grill Party" and "Infected By Evil". On our final evening, it will finally rise from the depths of the Danube with songs like "Rise Of Cthulhu" and "Cool Guy Cthulhu". ANTIPEEWEE love horror and we love metal. With this in mind: "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn!"

THE AWARD CEREMONY 2025
Before we continue with the final movie, it's time to lean back and dig your fingers into the cinema seat. Lights out, spotlight on! It's time for the big awards ceremony. The gold and silver Razor Blade are ready to be presented. And the jury also reveals what the best European genre film of the festival is and sends the winning film to Sitges for the main round of the Méliès D'Or. THE FINAL FILM 2025: ESCAPE FROM THE 21st CENTURY
"One goes no!" Finally, we burn the place to the ground and say goodbye with a bang, namely with a turbulent mix of mindfuck and party movie. ESCAPE FROM THE 21st CENTURY is a completely over-the-top, double-barreled time travel movie, a firework display of visual stimuli, crazy creative ideas and breathless story ideas. Party on!
