On which devices can I watch the films?

The films can be rented and watched via your browser. Different browsers are supported on different devices.

How does Pantaflix use my data?

As safe, fair and humane as possible. What matters most: Your personal user data will not be shared with third parties.

 

Can I watch content in HD?

It all depends on the film you want to watch: If the content has been made available in HD quality, it is also available to you in HD. If it is provided in SD only, you can only watch it in that quality.

 

In which countries can I watch the films?

In the case of the HARD:ON:LINE FILM FESTIVAL, exclusively in Germany.

 

What payment methods are offered for ticket purchases?

PayPal and credit card.

 

Can I delete my cookies while watching a film?

This is not recommended. Playing itself is not affected, but every single action with the portal will fail as a result and you will have to verify yourself again via the ticket.

 

How does the film display look if I have a poor internet connection?

We automatically adjust the quality of the films to your internet connection and player. If you have a slow internet connection, the film may not play in the best possible quality.

 

How much time do I have to watch the film/contribution?

Each film is only available on two specific days and can be viewed during this period. The availability of all films can be found on our overview page. If a film is started shortly before the end of the availability period, it can still be watched to the end, but may no longer be interrupted.

 

With how many devices can I watch the film/contribution?

Up to three different terminals can be used. Accredited guests may use slightly more registered end devices as a gesture of goodwill. Only one stream per customer is available at the same time.

 

How do I buy an online ticket?

After you have reached the page with the embedded player, click the button "Buy ticket" (if the film is already available) or "Pre-order ticket" (if the film is not yet available) in the player. After clicking the button, you have to choose whether you want to pay by credit card or PayPal. Then enter your payment details. Follow the further instructions on the screen and enter the required data. Accept the terms of use and complete the purchase by clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay".
If the film is already available, it will start when you click on "Watch now". At the same time we will send you an e-mail with the ticket ID. This can be used to watch the film on another device. For this purpose, there is a button "Redeem Ticket ID" in the player view - when you click on it, you will be asked to enter your ID.
