In the middle of nowhere, Vivian experiences the worst day of her life. First ripped off by the bank, then taken hostage in a bank robbery and now in no man's land. However, that was nothing compared to what lies ahead for the young woman. Plopp, dust is kicked up. Plop, a hole in the wall next to her. Plopp, another one next to her head. A living target, she has only seconds to make a hopeless escape from her invisible hunter.
After the wonderful black and white film DARLING and the cold blue POD, Mickey Keating shifts his aesthetic frame to sultry red in CARNAGE PARK. Although Mickey remains true to his patterns and continues to be interested in invisible, barely tangible threats, he breaks new ground here. Heavily inspired by Tarantino's early works and the exploitation films of the 70s, here for the first time it is real-life horror that will bring beads of sweat to the viewers' foreheads.
