That is what it is about

After her mother’s death, little Lev goes to live with her estranged grandfather. On the first night of Hanukkah, the girl wishes for nothing more than to have her mother back. A magical dreidel makes it possible—or does it? The supposed wish-granting dreidel turns out to be a key that opens the gates of hell. Lev has set a game in motion that can no longer be stopped. So: Dreidel, spin, spin, and don’t land on the wrong side!

Steven Schloss

Steven Schloss studied film and television production at Boston University. The American director, who has also made a name for himself as a screenwriter, producer, and cinematographer, began his career in commercial filmmaking. In recent years, however, he has increasingly shifted his focus to fantasy narratives. Among his most successful works are the short films WRITER’S BLOCK (2023) and KATIE’S SKIN (2024).
