That is what it is about

In 1976, animals disappeared on the Swiss-French border and the rumour of a virus increasingly worried the people in the region. On behalf of a TV station, two journalists set out to document the incidents. Together with a team of scientists, they set out for an area with an exceptionally low temperature. What the team discovered, however, was far more dangerous than a weather anomaly, for death awaits in "Cold Ground"!

What you should know

The found footage genre is and remains a playground for young directors who play their dissonant crescendos on the keyboard of our primal fears. With COLD GROUND, Fabien Delage presents another high-quality representative of this subgenre and once again shows why he is considered a top talent when it comes to fakedocus of all kinds. For COLD GROUND is a straightforward, ultra-effective monster film that provides one and a half hours of pure horror pleasure with its 70s film aesthetic!

Direction

Fabien Delage is a multi-talented artist who follows many paths. As a graphic designer, he has attracted attention with world-famous typographies and works for various film distributors. In music, he loves hardcore and is the frontman of the band BLEEDING FREAKS. But the horror freak's heart also beats for film: he has made a name for himself worldwide as the director of DEAD CROSSROADS and LA RAGE DU DÉMON. COLD GROUND is his third feature film.
